Post 8 [FINAL], 'English Language challenges'




The English's classes at University help a lot this year because I could learn new thing that I didn't know and review somethings that I forgot at hight school. The blog was really nice to do because I wrote about an interesting topic and I learn new words and sentences that help to my vocabulary. Also, I feel so comfortable in the classes that I don't feel shamed to participate even if my answer was bad.


An aspects that I need to improve is my pronunciation because I felt uncomfortable about how I speak in english, so I need practice more, but I don't have any known that speak english very fluid so is a little complicated that.


Outside of the english's classes I used english when a watch a movie or series, because I like watched on them original idiom and that way I also learn new sentences and I heard the pronunciation. As well, I like having a conversation with myself in english, maybe sound a little crazy but this help me a lot to can speak without thinking what I wanna say in Spanish first and then translate it into english.

I started to read books in english, at first I didn't understand all and I needed to search the words that I know but now I can read almost the entire book without the translate.


Before I thought that I was bad in english but now I feel much more secure with the idiom and that's because all the classes and extra activities that I tried to do.

What  kind of job  would I like to have? mmm It's really difficult decide because my career, Pharmaceutical Chemists, has a lot of areas and places that you can work. But if I need to choose just one I think that work in a laboratory is the winner because create and research new medicine for a lot of disease that don't have a perfect drug that make's the pain better it's the principal reason why I choose this career. Also a job in the cosmetic area it's an option because I like a lot make up or maybe just like my family said, open my own pharmacy. I hope can travel for the world with my job because that way I can know different specialist of my career and can nurture me of new knowledge and maybe can do a doctorate in another country like England, Norway or Spain and that way i can to get better my english. Post 2, The best concert

I didn't go to a lot of concerts, but for least the best concert that I went was one of Camila Gallardo. I don't remember when happens, between 2018 or 2019. She is a chilean singer, I knew her for the program "The voice", she didn't win but her career advance rapidly. She had two discs and two nomination in Grammy award. The day that I went to concert, I didn't know that I would go because my mom saw on Facebook that near of my house, a concert of Cami was going to happen and was free. We organize really faster to go because we found it was two hours before the concert started. When we got, the concert didn't start yet. We waited for almost two hours for her to show up and when she show up, the people crowded near off stage and as we could we get a good place to be able to see quietly. Why I decided study Pharmacy and Chemistry? I considered a lot of careers before I knew about this career. When I was a child, I dreamt about being a doctor, especially a pediatrician, because I loved to help people when they felt sick and I thought that children were easier patients 😆. When I grew up I realized that children are really complicated and delicate patients, and also study Medicine is a hard career and you need to study many years so I decided that it is not what I wanted to do. In the school everyone told me that I should study engineering because I was really good at math but I didn't like maths, so that was not an option.
